Guiding Souls to an Expanding Future
In this episode, I interview Gloria Battini. Gloria Battini is a transformational guide, spiritual teacher, and empathic visionary on a mission to empower humanity to transcend limitations and reach its highest potential. She envisions a New Earth—one where we live in harmony with the planet, the cosmos, and each other. Through her work, Gloria invites people to embrace self-empowerment, heal deeply, and align with their soul’s true path, creating a ripple effect that touches the world. Enjoy!
Hello, everyone. This is your host, Keri Logan at Master the Upper Rooms. And today, I got an amazing guest. Her name is Gloria, and her mission is to help individuals reconnect with their soul's truth, overcome limitations, and step fully into their place of power. And with all the, you know, the visions that she builds, she has compassion. She's worked today. we're going to talk about a new earth. And to me, I feel this is really, really crucial and important to talk about, especially since I live in the United States and the next four years is going to be interesting. And we're going to talk all about this. And I'm really hoping it is our intention that at the end of this discussion, everyone has peace of mind and everyone has sort of a more solid foundation for
the chaos and the craziness that is going on, just not in the United States, but globally, everywhere. So with all that said, and kudos to Gloria, thank you for being here on my show. And how are you today? Hi, Kerry. Thank you so much for having me. Thank you for having me. It's an honor. And I'm very, very grateful to be here. I'm feeling good today. Yes, I'm feeling good. And I'm completely aligned with the intention of let's just leave with some peace of mind. Yes. completely aligned yes so with that said we are on the brink of creating a whole new earth a whole new world um how is like the collective healing happening where it's shaping this better world like what is your what is your insights what do you what do you what do you get my uh main insight is that we're all coming home we're coming home to ourselves
I think that that's the key to building this new earth. And I think that a lot of people are already doing it very intentionally, very consciously. And what gives me even more hope and happiness about this is the fact that I see more people desiring to come home to themselves every single day. And I believe that's how we get there. I say coming home because I feel that we've been... on this you know planet for however long and there has been a disconnection has been created right things from the outside let's not you know things from the outside conditioning and society and whatever um has created disconnect And until we stop doing that, we will just create more and more divide. What we need to be doing is to look inside, come home to ourselves, align with our own purpose because each of us has one. And so living a life of purpose, home at home within yourself, that's how we create the new earth. That's my opinion on that. No, I think it's brilliant.
Um, uh, last night I was watching a show with my husband and I had a aha moment and I don't know if he got it, but I'm, I'm sure you're going to get it is it showed this woman sitting in her car and she was going, God, why did you do this to me? Why, why, why, why is this happening? Why'd you do this to me? God, you know, like blame it's all his fault. And I paused the remote and I said, that's the problem. We came here to learn. We came here to learn lessons. And maybe what she is experiencing, well, not maybe, it is. It's a lesson. And instead of blaming God for this lesson, you are here to learn. Why don't you be saying, God, what is the lesson I need to learn in this? Why am I experiencing this? Give me a sign that is so clear I can't mistake it because I'm lost. I'm confused. That's what we should be doing.
Instead of blaming God or thinking God abandoned you or God is punishing you. And I'm not going to bash, I'm not trying to bash religion here, but we were lied to. A lot of us were lied to and told that, you know, he is a judgmental God. He's a fierce, mean, vindictive God. No, no, no, no. We are not. created out of light and love. We are light beings and we lost our way. We were lied to and misguided. And that's what you mean by coming home is learning the lessons we need to learn, stepping out of the states of the rigid 3d human consciousness and up into compassion and kindness and cooperation and acceptance and equality. And it's true because So many people are stuck in separation. That is what 3D consciousness is. It's all about the self. And when you move up and you come back home, we're one with everything. We are. We so are. We are so one with everything. And I say we just lost our way.
And we're finding, like you said, finding our way back home to what do I want? What are my choices? What are my options? What is my heart? Not this. What is my heart calling me? Because that's where your higher self, your soul lives within that area, that spark. And some people believe in that and some people don't. But even when we pass away and die, and they weigh your body again, you're lighter. That energy has left you and went somewhere else. Yeah, yeah. And ultimately, that's all we are, aren't we? Energy. That's all we are. And I think that if we start seeing each other as that, as part of one and the same thing, because that's, at the end of the day, what it is, you know, everything is energy, everything has energy, then...
I think we can become more compassionate and more open towards each other. And another thing that you made me think of what you just said about the lesson, you know, when you when you were saying about this woman and this aha moment that you had. I also believe that these situations, these challenges, these triggers that we see in our life are just opportunities. are massive opportunities for us to look within ourselves, right? They're clues, aren't they? I always say this to my clients. I'm like, are you being triggered? It means that you need to collect some data there, right? What is the trigger doing? What is it telling you about yourself? You know, if this situation feels so uncomfortable, so challenging, you know, it doesn't mean that it's because everything is against you. God is against you or something is being
evil towards you. No, it's a massive opportunity for you to observe, collect data about yourself and see what is it that you're not happy with. But it's not about the external world. The external world is just giving you information about you. That's it. You know, it's just a reflection. It's just a mirror, right? And so with that, collect the data and see what is it that it brings up. inside of you, I think. Yes. And, and sometimes, I mean, when I was going through the dark night of the soul, I didn't know what was going on, why this was happening, but I had to have complete trust and faith that I'm going to come out. Okay. And the other aside, and that I had to release my, my,
I don't want to say need, but the part of me that wanted to fight back, the part of me that wanted to get revenge, the part of me that wanted justice when there was no justice, the part of me that wanted that person to hurt as much as me. And I had to just step back and literally just hand it over and be like, All I can do is take one day at a time. This is just temporary. I'm going to coast through this. And I have complete faith that, you know, the universe and God, all of that knows what my heart desires. Yeah. And, and now when I look back at it, I do see the lessons that I was supposed to learn. I do know why I was supposed to encounter such a monstrous human being because
to get me out of fear and to understand how that person was created and why they are the way they are because without getting like you said that wisdom and understanding I would stay stuck in victimization yeah and you and you wouldn't be happy. And I wouldn't be happy. Yeah. And I'd be bitter and resentful and, and it would literally be toxic to my system. Yeah. And so I had, And then from there, the ripple effect of what you're putting out into the world, which is then the world that we have around us now, right? So that's how it's created. Yeah, it is. And so that's why a lot of times I say, well, great chaos creates great change. And as you know, we were sharing earlier before I hit record, the day that we had our elections here,
I was devastated. And I was just like, why? Why? Why? I needed an answer. I needed why. And what I heard was, this is not a lesson for me to learn. This is a lesson for the people that are still stuck in the shadows. And that I needed to look at it as that's their lesson. It's not mine. I've already gone through the process. I've already... I've already done that is what I got and that I just need. And like you need to just hold this safe and loving space for these people, because when things get ugly and it hits them home and people have, are being forced to look at what they, let's say we're, you know, gaslighted or, or, undermined or whatever, you know, the lies that they believed when they start to see the truth of how, yes, this structure that society created doesn't work anymore. That one has to collapse. And something new and great and beautiful like that new earth will be born. But it takes, you know, it's going to take people time to, as we say, wake up.
Yeah, it does. And if you're struggling with that, because I've encountered I'm not in the US, I'm in the UK. And I am completely disconnected, you know, myself from politics and all that, you know, I was sharing that earlier as well. But I had many, many people coming to me and saying the same, you know, like, I feel so distraught, you know, I feel like this is this is completely wrong, you know, all these sort of things. And the thing that I've been saying, you know, for the past week or so is like, We are all exactly where we need to be. Yes. We are all exactly where we need to be at exactly the right time. If this is happening is because there's an experience, there's a lesson, there's something that needs to come from this. Because you know what? Connecting as well to what you were saying earlier about the victimism is that we're so quick to assume that what is happening is something against us, right? We're so quick to assume the worst.
But what if we assume the best? What if we assume that in the challenge and in the hardship, there's actually an awakening? There's actually like a beautiful thing that is supposed to happen for you and for the rest of the world. You know, what if we change the assumption that we have, you know, and say, yes, okay, this, what it looks like, it's not great, is it? What it looks like, it's not great. But what if, What if there's something in there? What if this is exactly what needs to happen so that we can all grow, so that we can all wake up, so that we can all find our way home, you know? And assuming that, I feel that if we start assuming that, assuming the best instead of assuming the worst, I feel that we put out a different energy in the world. I feel that we show up differently. We have more space. We have more tolerance. We have more acceptance, right?
And then again, that's another way into this new earth that we're creating. I love, thank you, thank you. Thank you for sharing that and saying that because it really is, I look at, yes, it is an opportunity. And it is an opportunity to find yourself and really find, well, what are my core values? What are my core needs? You know, what... How do I want to feel and think about this? Because if you're stuck in a fear-based mindset, you attract more fearful experiences into your reality. And I know some people, it's hard for them to wrap their head around it. But the best analogy I tell people is when we wake up on the wrong side of the bed, and usually, yes, we do have the wrong side of the bed, rest of the day experience. But when we wake up on the right side of the bed,
everything is great. And so, and so like, for me, I have made the choice and decision along with a lot of other, you know, light workers is I'm just not going to watch the news. I'm not going to read it. I'm not going to skim through it. I'm, I'm just going to hold this safe and loving space and, and not get hooked in. Cause there's they call it like rage baiting. There's so many ways, you know, or they call clickbait too. So many ways just to click someone in and get them afraid or get them fearful or get them angry. And then you're stuck like that. And that's why I say in sharing this to everyone to just be really mindful about what we watch, what we read, what we're putting in here and also in our heart.
You know, because we have a choice on everything, a choice, a choice, a choice. And, and so like I tell my husband, if there's something really dire vital that I need to know that will impact me, please share it. Cause he's the one that reads all that stuff. I'm like, I got better things to do with my life. I stopped. I stopped watching the news years ago because years ago now i just get the highlights, the same from my partner, you know, he comes and says, oh, this has happened. This is how i'm like, okay. But I don't, I don't really like consume anything myself, but i wanted to say something with this, with regards to the news, because, um, yes, totally don't watch the news, but i i wanna if you're struggling at the moment, you know, anyone who is listening, who is struggling again, you know, with the current world events and everything. So take, do a
How much of your energy is going towards this, right? So say you have a full cup at 100%. How much of your 100% is going towards being preoccupied with election results, news, politics, like all this like external stuff, okay? How much, assess it for yourself. Say it's 40%, okay? 40% of your energy is going out to those things. Imagine, if you shifted this 40% to go into your own growth, into your own development, into your own, even your hobbies, you know, into your own thing, right? Redirect it. What if you redirected that? Wouldn't you feel more fulfilled? Wouldn't you feel happier? Wouldn't you feel more hopeful? You know, because ultimately it's a massive distraction, right? Because for a lot of people out there, and I believe you might agree with me with this, but for a lot of people out there, it is very convenient that people are so disconnected, wouldn't you say? Right? Yeah.
for a better planet. And just let's just show them that we don't care about the destructions, that what we care is about building something solid and that has hope, that has vision, you know? Right. Yeah. Well, and this was an interesting insight that just popped in my mind. Like a lot of times they talk about how the economy is suffering, the economy is suffering. And I look at it is, no, it's not. because we're consuming less. We're realizing I don't need a Rolex. I don't need a designer purse. I don't, I don't need what you're trying, what all those other people are trying to sell me, sell me, sell me, you know, like, oh, you're, you're, you're, you've got wrinkles, do this, you know, like all, all the shame about aging or whatever it is.
Do I want to fill my head with that or do I want to just love and embrace and accept me? Exactly. Yeah. That's right. You see, that's that's a threat. I know that's a threat for a lot of people, isn't it? It is. I just yeah, I just. It is a threat because then they're saying, well, you're taking away my money. And it's like, I'm not taking anything away from you. It never was yours to begin with. To begin with. Absolutely. It never was yours to begin with. I just got goosebumps from what you just said, but it's so true. It is. It's so true, right? It's so true. And that's what I mean. Like, it's all like a massive distraction because the more distracted you are, the less you're going to care about yourself and more you're going to care about external things. And we don't want that anymore on the new earth, do we, Carrie? No, we don't. Well, like,
Social media has, I mean, there's a great book out there called the anxious generation and the statistics are just shocking how it's impacting young people because it's, they're comparing themselves to one another. There's lots of jealousy, lots of insecurity is it makes women feel more inadequate than ever. And, and what's hard for, I'd say just women, especially for women is there's AI generation of, you know, creating what people would think this is a perfect female. And my husband has actually pointed that out and he says, but then when I look at their hands or I look at something else, then I can see, no, that was generated. Yeah. And a lot of people don't realize that they, And so kind of like going back a bit on magazine covers, women, celebrities started speaking out by saying, that's not my thighs. That's not my waistline. That's not how I look. And I love how people are standing up and saying, no, this is who I am.
This is how I look. This is how I live. Either you accept me or you don't. It doesn't matter. What matters is how I feel about myself. Am I living my truth, my best life? And have I come back home to me? It's not what society thinks or culture or my family or anybody else, because this is your journey, your one life on, you know, on this lot, you know, right now at this time. This is your time, I like to say, to rediscover yourself and find your truth and your spiritual wisdom. And if someone's trying to force you to do something or think a different way, that's a red flag to me. It's all about being authentic. It's no longer black and white.
white, like my way or the highway. Yes. And that's the great thing about this whole change that is happening is I think it's forcing us to come together because we were so separate. It's forcing us to come together as a collective and saying, what do we all want? And focusing on a solution instead of stuck on the problem and feeling you know, just helpless. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I feel that ultimately it's our decision, what reality we choose to subscribe to. Yeah. Right. So I had, I had a recent conversation with someone who expressed how literally like the world is doomed. Right. But then I was right there next to them in the conversation. I was like, I don't think so. I think that there's so much hope. I think that there's so much hope. There's so many people that are,
you know, waking up, opening their eyes, empowering themselves, you know, getting, you know, going for what they truly want. And that was the big telling for me. Like this person had decided to subscribe to a reality that was constructed by the news, the media, to instill fear, terror, you know, all these sort of things and get more and more people disconnected to think that the world is doomed so they don't do anything about it. But then there's another reality. So if you're listening, there's another reality that you can subscribe to. You know, there's a reality that you can subscribe to that where there is a lot of hope, where there is a lot of awakening, where there are a lot of beautiful things, where there are people moving out of cities and going back into the countryside and growing vegetables and stuff because that's healthier for them. You know, there's a whole new reality where people don't need fancy clothes anymore.
They prefer to even make them themselves sometimes, you know, make the clothes themselves or buy them where something is sustainable. You know, there's there's all sorts of realities available to us on this planet. And, you know, there's as many reality as there is a phone. There are phones, right? Every single phone has an algorithm. You know, all of the social media, they each have an algorithm personalized to you. They're feeding you the reality that you want. And so it's your choice which one you subscribe to. And if you feel right now that the reality that you're seeing that is making you really sad, is making you depressed, is making you feel hopeless, then you're subscribing to the wrong one. Then you need to shift something, come home to yourself, reconnect with your purpose and choose to subscribe to a different reality because there is so, so much goodness out there. There is.
And it's not talked about as much as the terror and the negative things that are talked about, isn't it? Well, and also kind of looking in to see what are your escape behaviors from reality? Yeah. I mean, that's big because a lot of people can get stuck on scrolling, scrolling, scrolling, and all of a sudden an hour has passed. Two hours has passed and they... And then they beat themselves up. Oh my God, I, you know, I did this again. I got hooked into this. I got sucked into this. And so it's also, what are you investing your time and energy in? You know, is it feeding your soul? Is it giving you what you want and need? And if you need to step away from that to get peace of mind,
do it. Cause they literally did a study where they had kids stop using social media and, and doing something else. And the kids became less depressed, less anxious. They, they were more, they became more optimistic and more hopeful because like you said, what are you subscribing to? What do you plant? You know, it's seeds. I always say it's like seeds blowing in the air. And which ones do you grab? And which ones do you water? Cause nobody else is watering them, but you. Yeah. That's so true. Everything is a seed and yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's so true. So true. So sometimes we have to like with what you do and I do is we got to stop and we got to explore our mental garden. How many weeds do we got? Yes. Do I, I, I need to, I need to do some gardening here. Yes.
Get rid of the weeds and everything. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yes. Yeah. Because it just, it all lines in. And so to bring us back to coming back home, I really think that's the lesson for everyone in humanity right now is coming back home and finding what is your truth and what is your happiness, your peace of mind and and where you no longer feel separate. You feel whole, like you're a part of something bigger than yourself. Yeah. Yeah, because we all are. We all are. We all are. We're all part of the same thing, and it's way, way bigger than ourselves. And it's also connecting all of us. It's not only that we're partners, we are profoundly connected. And you know what? In the world where we're actually open to somebody having a different opinion, you know, we're so quick to attack someone or reject someone because they are not in the same opinion. You know, they don't have the same opinion of us. But what if we search that? What if we were curious about it? What if we were...
able to be like, oh, you know, I don't think like that, but that's an interesting way of seeing it. You don't have to subscribe to it, but you can just be tolerant of somebody else's way of living, right? Instead of completely being so separated and so attacking, which is like, it's my way, like you said earlier, right? It's my way or the highway, you know? I feel that when we come home to ourselves, we have so much more space for many other things, so much more space for tolerance, for compassion, for openness towards others. It's just, it's so different. Well, I, I really get the sense that when someone experiences that moment of being unhooked and completely free and liberated, that it is such a profound experience that that person feels
understands and comprehends the wisdom of why hopefully this happened to me and why I had that experience. And when then in the future, if they have something similar come along and instead of going down that rabbit hole, they now have the ability to stop and put their hands up and just stop and be like, and check in with their body because they, you know, it's like, we're here, we're teachers, we're lighthouses. And it's like we're teaching them, no, stop. Check in with your body. What is your body telling you? Because your body always talks to you first. It does. It will tell you if you're anxious or nervous or afraid or feeling regrets or shame or something like that. And when you feel any of those lower negative vibrations and energy, that is your pivotal point to stop. You're at a crossroad.
Do I want to go down this path of misery or do I want to just have the courage to take this one and agree to disagree? And like you said, OK, that's great. That's that's your opinion. That's your choice. I still accept you. And instead of getting in a fight or trying to prove the person wrong and I'm right, you know, like just you can agree to disagree. And that's why. I say you can love them. You just don't like them. And what you don't like is their personality, their behaviors, their traits. Because some of that is temporary. I'm not the same person I was 10 years ago, 20 years ago, 30 years ago. I'm not the same person anymore. And if someone tries to put you back in that box, once you're out of that box, it's like, no way, you're never going to get me back in.
Yeah. Oh, yeah. So true. So true. Do you know what? It's something similar to what you said. I say it's something different. I say it a little bit differently to my clients and my students. I always ask them when you're in front of that decision, you can choose whether you choose through running a program or you choose with your soul. Yeah, because that's two different things. Yes, it is. Are you choosing with your traumas, with your program, with everything that has happened? That's not you choosing. Your soul isn't that. It's a that's running, right? That's a program that's running. Your soul, deep, deep down, would choose something different, you know? A hundred percent, because our soul is biased. Our soul is completely neutral. And so there is no right or wrong, good or bad. There's none of that. It's all information.
It is. And we get to choose what we want to do, how we want to feel, how we want to react, how we want to respond to that information that is presented to us. Exactly. Yeah. And also the meaning that we give it is our choice. The meaning that we give it. You might have experienced, you know, something... You know, being in, I'll talk about this because it's my personal experience, but you might have been in a toxic relationship for a very long time and you have a choice. You can choose for that toxic relationship to define you as a victim and to always constantly be angry at that experience because you give it that meaning because you're like, oh, why did God decide to punish me with that? Or you can choose to
to see it in a different way. You can choose to say, well, you know what? Let's find a way to think that this experience that I had in this toxic relationship did something good for me. Oh, yeah. Let's use that. Right. Let's choose that because ultimately the meaning that you give it, it's really your choice and it will dictate the life that you that you live. It absolutely will. Right now, it will, because. That toxic relationship had a purpose and a meaning and the meaning behind it was why you most likely fell into that was you could have been raised in a toxic environment. So that was your normal. And that was what was familiar. And yes. And when you start to awaken, you realize how unhealthy that is.
How destructive that is. And that person, I like to say, is your teacher. They're teaching you unconditional love. They're teaching you self-acceptance, self-compassion, self-forgiveness. And because you have to forgive yourself, not just the person. And sometimes even when people are stuck in that whole forgiveness thing, you're not for, you're not giving them a free pass or excusing what they did or anything like that. You're unhooking yourself. You're freeing yourself. You are. And so, and that's the important thing. And we've all heard this before that when you have that one toxic relationship, if you do not learn what you're supposed to learn from that one experience, you're going to have another one and another one and another one. different faces, but the same exact personality and traits and behaviors. And that's why I say we need to teach this stuff to people in school. We need to teach them. Totally. We're not taught this in school when we're growing up. And the sooner you learn it, the better off you are. Because
I look at myself, if I had this wisdom when I was in my twenties, oh my gosh, the guys I would have passed on, you know, I, yes, I would have passed on so many, some, so many dates, so many opportunities, but we didn't talk about this stuff. And that's the beautiful thing about where we are right now. We talk about it. We're, we were, we live in a generation where we're not stuffing our emotions down anymore, right? We're talking. We're having deep, meaningful, intellectual conversations. We're embracing being vulnerable. That's it. Yeah. Embracing our imperfections too. Yeah, absolutely. Oh my goodness. Don't get me started on perfection and imperfection because honestly, whoever came up with that phrase, nobody's perfect or the concept of perfection. I'm like,
Why is it even a question? Why? Why is it even a question to be perfect or not? Well, what is what? Why? Where does that come from? To me, we are all an absolute miracle, like the chances we all have to be born where we were born as ourselves and be right here right now. It's the closest thing to impossible, right? So why do we have somebody come up with a question of whether we are perfect or not perfect? Why do we even entertain that? I don't understand. And I'm like, we are just a miracle, a living miracle, each and every one of us. The whole chemistry of it, for it to be able to happen is a huge, humongous thing. And here we are beating ourselves up because we didn't do that perfectly. Come on. Yeah.
No. Well, and that's the beautiful thing is so many people had those seeds planted in their heads that no, you need to be perfect. You need to get perfect grades. You need to dress perfectly. You need to act perfect. You know what you do everything. Yeah. It's exhausting. It is exhausting. And I, I, I did have, I'm not friends with them anymore, but I, did have someone that was a friend that was a perfectionist. And I saw so much anger, so much anger, the struggle of trying to be perfect at everything perfect with, uh, it was, it was, it is exhausting and it was hard sometimes to sit back and watch someone trying to be perfect at everything that it, um, yeah. And my heart just went out to her. It was, it was just, it was, it was all I could have was compassion and realize that, you know, I'm just hoping one day in this lifetime, you will learn that lesson of saying the hell with this. I don't need to be perfect and I can wear pajamas at Walmart and I'll be fine. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Totally. That's a joke we have have here over in the States is there's so many pictures of people
in their pajamas going grocery shopping at this store. Oh, ultimately, though, if you think about it, you don't really learn anything from perfection. No, from doing everything perfect. You don't progress. You don't grow. You don't learn. So you better get it wrong five, ten times and you're going to definitely be a more grown and wise person for that. than if you did getting it all perfect. Absolutely. Yeah. And don't look at it as it's a mistake. I mean, I love the, I don't know the exact quote, but like, I think it was Thomas Edison, how he had so many attempts for the light bulb and someone asked him, you know, how does it feel to, you know, make this mistake, you know, at least a thousand times and forget the number. And he said, no, it wasn't that. I just learned a thousand different ways to do it differently.
And I loved his insight. Instead of looking at it as a negative and beating himself up, he looked at it as, okay, well, that didn't work. Let's try something else until I get it to work. And that's self-acceptance. That's self-compassion. That's grace. That's faith and trust. Oh, yes. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Grace is such a big thing. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We all need to show ourselves a little bit more grace. We really do. We really, really do. There's so much that is constantly telling us that we're not enough. And that, you know, so many of the outside information that we get is about us not being enough or doing it wrong, you know, and how bad it is to do something this way or that way or that way. It's like a constant judgment. Yeah.
The world is judging you enough. Just give yourself some grace at least, you know, the world is judging as it is. Yeah. It is. And we just, we need to be kinder to, to, to one another because everyone is, is you think about, you know, the tip of an iceberg. It's, we just see the surface, but there's so much more. underneath that, that we don't see and we don't share it's like i i have a bumper sticker on my car. Uh, I forget the exact words, but it is along the lines of you only know like five percent of what's going on really in a person's life. So show them some kindness. Yeah. because we're so quick to judge. We're so quick to label. Yeah. We, we gotta stop, stop doing that. It's like,
if you get mad at someone that is cutting you off or something like that, instead of getting mad, you can look at it as, well, they're in a serious rush and there's a reason why they're being that way. And I can either get pissed off and angry about it, or I could just be like, I hope you have safe travels. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I hope you got where you need to be going. Yeah. I hope, you know, safely, I hope you need to get where you're going. And a lot of people, um, Do the first one. Get pissed off. Flip them off. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And sometimes I have to remind myself because there's people that will ride my butt. So what do I do? I slow down. Yeah. I slow down. Yes. I have this other bumper sticker. I haven't put my car yet. What does it say? Tailgating me does not make sense.
the car in front of me go faster. Yes, exactly. It's true, isn't it? Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It is good stuff because i i have an suv and they can't they can't see the car that's in front of me. And it's like there i had it yesterday, this one short car just tailing me, tailing me. And I was like can she does she need glasses? I was just just like It was it was hard. And yes. So and that's the beautiful thing, too, is sometimes even laughter, just laughing at, you know, like, does she need glasses that that's better than getting mad? Oh, yes, absolutely. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Choose choosing humor is definitely better. But you know what is also again, I see it as another opportunity, for example, you know, oh, I just got mad because.
What does that tell me about me? What's the data? What's the information here that I'm gathering about myself? What's making me like this that I have to get mad at this person for something like this that in the great scheme of things doesn't really affect my life in a major way, does it? Right. So what is that telling me about me? Why am I stressed? What's going on that is making me snap like this? And is it maybe something at home? Is it something outside? Is it something that I can do about myself, you know? It's all data. Everything's a mirror. Everything's a mirror. You know, we were putting, putting front, you know, if you think about it, we have thousands of opportunities every day to come home to ourselves. Yes. Need to take them. We just need to take them. That's a need. That was another thing that when you were just sharing is, is there a need that you haven't met? Yeah. Like, are you not getting enough sleep?
Have you been staying up late? Are you making something else a priority when it really shouldn't be? Yeah. And it's looking at that, like what is causing you stress? What is causing you anger? What's causing you frustration? And then finding the tools to get that sense of relief. But you have to stop and you have to go within yourself. And you need to get the answers. Yeah. Yeah. And that's where I think when I think I know people like you and I, we're here to create that opportunity and that space and to teach people how to do it because we don't, they don't teach that stuff in school. A lot of our parents didn't teach us that my, my parents sure didn't teach me that. Yes. And, and the beauty is we,
a person learns it, Oh, it's, I call it like fairy dust. You just sprinkle it here and there because you'll run into someone that is a mirror reflection of how you used to be. And you'll, and you can totally get their scenario, their situation, and then you're that light for them. It just, it gets passed around and it's, I think it's such a beautiful thing. I really do. I, I'm truly blessed one to have you on here and two for sharing all this wisdom with people, because when, when someone is ready, you know, there's, there's people like, you know, us here holding, holding that space. And I've even had people come to me that are narcissistic and flat out say they're narcissistic. And I tell them that's okay. It's totally okay. I, I am,
I can, I can still work with you. And it's so nice when you're, when a person hears that and feels that because right now there's just so much hate and anger and fear about them. But the truth is we humans create them. I mean, I've literally done presentations where I've gone out and I've, I've talked about, and I got that guidance from spirit and, And I've gone out and I've done presentations about them. And at the end of the presentation, I've had narcissistic people come up to me and thank me, literally thank me for helping them understand themselves and their brains better. And if I came from hate, anger, and fear, they wouldn't come up to me. They wouldn't talk to me. They wouldn't thank me. And so I tell everyone that I'm doing this for...
the whole of humanity. It's not just a selective group of people. No, it's, it's for the whole of humanity. Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. Ultimately we're all, like we were saying, you know, we're all one in the same. So ultimately that's what, that's what we're here for. My ultimate, um, mission is to contribute in whichever way i can, um, to just bring some more harmony back onto this planet. Right. So i Harmony for me is one of the top things. And as I said, I believe that we reach that once we reconnect to ourselves, our purpose, once we come home. But like you said, it's not for the selected few, right? It really is. We all deserve harmony. We all do. Every single soul on the planet is deserving of that, of coming home to themselves, of living a life that is...
aligned and happy and purposeful. Everybody deserves to be believed in, to be given a chance to, you know, and let's do that. Let's not subscribe to the separation that they are trying to feed us. Let's not subscribe to that. And let's subscribe to just working towards something together. Yes. And something meaningful and something that will support the whole community. And not just a few selected individuals that want to line their pockets. Exactly. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So where can people find you, Gloria? Oh, yes. And it was so cool because she said to him, well, do you want to just listen to meditation music? And he was like, no, I want to listen to this. And I was like, oh, that's so cool. So she shared it. And I was just like, it's just that just warmed my heart. And I was like, I need to put more of that on there for for kiddos. You know, yes. Hats off to the grandmother, though. Hats off. Right.
